As far as I know it's an aftermarket bag for the 500-series.

The one that I have is from a DS50 it looks similar but the top is different. so close

This is not an aftermarket bag, it's a genuine Kirby bag used on the Sanitronic machines. I have one as well and it has a Scott & Fetzer tag on it. (Sorry, not for sale).
