I finally got around to making a video of my 700. Before it gets pointed out, Yes I know the brushroll is pretty noisy I've did what I could to fix it, thin washers, realigning, but it goes right back to being noisy, I don't know what to tell ya.
Anyways, hope you guys like the video. Its been a while since I last recorded something.

Thank you kindly! and thank you for watching!

Minor stuff to work on in terms of the noisy brush roll but other than that she runs pretty smooth.

brush noise

In your video, it sounds like one of the brush end caps is scraping or clicking. Make sure the caps are not bent, and that the carriage that the agitator fits into is also straight. There is a tension washer under the bearing, then the bearing, a felt washer, and finally a metal washer, and then the end cap. The brush may spin freely out of the machine, and not scrape until after the brush carriage is hinged up into the machine.

Brush roll noise response

Ahh....It would appear that the tension washers are missing. I bent the end caps as straight as possible and was still puzzled. The lack of tension washers might be the reason why its been been making noise, since everything else is there.
Thanks for the advice.
