I was given a BEAUTIFUL copy of that very book, many years ago. It was around the time I was President of the VCCC (for six years). Fred S. also provided me with a ton of early Hoover literature, which I made copies of and gave to friends. The Vacuum Cleaner Museum is also the recipient of lots of this type of literature, from former salesmen as well as vacuum shops and dealers. I was recently given a Hoover Home Economics book, from 1929, breaking down every piece of the model 725, including the motor, explaining how it all worked together, and even had lessons for the Home Economics class that would have been studying that book. Copies of that book will be available free at the Vacuum Cleaner Collectors Convention in June at the Vacuum Cleaner Museum (always the second weekend, thurs thru sat, in June every year). We have THREE filing cabinets full of this kind of literature, and brochures, and manuals - plus we have an awesome copy machine (color). While you are at the convention, don't forget the literature. You're free to make all the copies you want.
