Very early Shop Vac All Around?

I have a blue 3 gallon All Around and I’m wondering if there’s any info on this very early looking All Around model.

I remember the All Arounds, seems like they came out around the late 1990s? I remember seeing them sold at Walmart. They are cute and I do like these little wet/dry vacs.

I don’t recall if Shop Vac encodes a date in the serial number, but you might check it for a possible date.
