A few of us went to BMX Garry's on Wednesday morning. Garry was most welcoming to our club. Despite the incident which occurred. I had actually been to Garry's before, Shane introduced me to Garry. Thanks, Shane! There is a group picture of us at Garry's building. Someone has it has it on their phone. I will have to get that from them. [this post was last edited: 6/27/2017-13:01]
I wanted to post an up-close picture of the trophies that Chad had special made. Chad worked very hard coordinating the making of the trophies and his work really paid off. They looked excellent! Thanks again, Chad!
The Most Innovative award went to Phillip Muller for his commercial Eureka canister with the Don Clark power nozzle.
Luke is running one of his Concepts that he had for sale. Scott is running an early Electrolux and Ken Hedrick is using his Sliver King that he just purchased.
No one was required to dress up! Some of our members were in shorts. The banquet has scaled down considerably from previous years and we may do things a little differently next year.
I generally wear a shirt and tie.....................
however, Since I was flying with very little luggage, that would not have been an option this time.
I'm usually most comfortable, actually, in a suit and tie or jacket. Just me.
