Me too! Bill knows his Kirbys after all he owns an authorized Kirby repair center. I know some of our club members will go home with treasures this year. In fact we might be overwhelmed with vacs this year in addition to our big for sale and free piles. It's going to be a wonderful convention! And it's less than two weeks away!

Hope to see you all in Tulsa,
Kenny

I really appreciate that John! I know I will need some help browning the meat. We could even use one of my Hoover frying pans. I know you will feel at home in my kitchen with the Hoover blender, can opener, mixer and electric knife if we need it. Hopefully, we can whip up something for a dessert as well.

Bring your own spatula party...

John and Kenny,
You may need more than two Hoover Skillets to prepare a meal for 40 hungry VCCC members! John maybe you can bring one or two with you, tell the TSA it's your service animal or wear it as a hat. If Jackie could wear a wool pill box hat you can wear stainless steel! I would bring my chafing dishes but I think I misplaced them in the move, the last time I saw them in Texas Barbie and Midge were using one as a therapeutic pool.
See everyone in in two weeks and two days!!!
Sean

It cannot get here soon enough

I have never been to Tulsa and two of my Council Oak Chorus friends live behind the hotel as a bonus!

Everybody pray that I get my phone back before Thursday, someone stole it while I was performing with GMC last night and took it across the street to the ecoATM in the Collinsville Walmart!

Anybody have their shopping lists ready so I can scavenge through the garage and the basement?

Shopping at Alex's?

Alex,
It's hard to believe only two years ago you hosted the VCCC at your wonderful home in Ferguson. Picking through your garage and basement was so much fun. Seeing your collection was great also. I still have the GE Swivel Top you where kind enough to give me. Are you taking orders from your supply? I'll be selling a lot of paper myself including M. Wards catalogs, vac parts catalogs, manufacturer paper, and vintage home magazines. Let me know if you are interested in anything.
Looking forward to seeing you and everyone else soon,
Sean

PS I got my phone back so all is well with the world!

Sean, I cleaned up pun intended on Wards catalogs at a sale last year in Alton at the estate of the Wards Catalog Store Credit Manager.

Andy I got your $ on the Model 31s and Ken has ben authorized to release them.

I have a BNIB Anniversary Windtunnel I got in Minneapolis a few years ago I'm willing to let go....

I thought I'd send a box of materials ahead.

I went to the post office. $79.00 to ship a BOX !!!!!
So, I may be checking a bag. Outrageous.
But, the shirts, gloves, hazmat suit (kidding) (?) etc are all packed.
Some people never got the 'glove thing'. That's unfortunate.
I'll be helping Kenny cook, and will bake something. Maybe, if he likes, I'll even make that famous (notorious) "Pittston Hospital Iced Tea". I've started making it again, as it is so hot now. Most people love it. Only one of my friends doesn't prefer it. That's OK, too.

I got the grass cut yesterday after school.

Bag is ready, recipes are in it, a special item for the raffle is ready. Some people might REALLY appreciate/enjoy it. I had it made in Philadelphia. You'll see it soon.
Leaving Pittston at 5:15 tonight.
Will be great to see everyone. I heard the true count of attendees is just OVER 30, an actual number.

"Safe travels, everyone"
John
