Unbelievable it can't handle long hair. It would fare well on all the long dog hair in our house.

Calum - quite! I wonder if the intention was to create a machine which would outperform Dyson on paper (higher airwatts, larger bin capacity etc), but in reality, the compromises taken to achieve these targets have resulted in a machine which doesn't actually work properly...
