Hi everyone. I'm wondering if I can get some help and information if anyone knows about the models I'm going to mention, these are the other vacuums I would love to have, they are all bagged canisters since I'm not a fan of bagless vacuums or uprights. First, the Panasonic mc-cg937. From what I can tell, this is Panasonic's best bagged canister model at this time. I've read about a model 973 or 983, but those don't seem to be available at this point, were those better than the 937?
Ok, now on to the Electrolux. I would like to have one of the ultra models, either the ultra silencer deep clean or one of the ultra one models which are listed on Electrolux.com. I would like to have a 12 amp motor, so the ultra one classic is probably out. I have a visual impairment so really can't see what these look like, but I'm wondering what the difference is between the ultra silencer deep clean, the ultra one signature and the ultra one deluxe? On the web site, the features all look very similar. I have all hard wood floors so would not use the power nozzle, though having an electric hose can be useful for my electric minibrush when cleaning the couch and bed.
Finally, the riccar canisters. Does anyone know the difference between the starbright, the moonlight and the sunburst? All of these say they use 10 amp motors, is the motor the same in all of them? There's quite a difference in price with these, but if it's the same motor, I see no reason to get the more expensive one. Finally, what about the prima canister? That one is actually a bit cheaper than the star bright, and seems to have an electric hose, which again would be useful for the electric mini brush? I know I'm asking a lot in this post, once I have these, I think my collection will be complete for now. I'm not going to bother with the hoover, dirt devil or Bissell models, those seem to be lower quality. Any info would be much appreciated!
