Hoover Convertible Model 36

Jimmy,
If you come across any Hoover Convertible Model 36 outer bags I am interested. Mine is broken and I am finding the search for a replacement difficult.

Thank you for your time.
Hillary

Hillary,

The Mo 36,both vac and parts, has been one of the hardest to find for me.Am just now trying the find all Convertible bags.Slight chance of 36 bag.
Cameron,
Hoover-To much to list starting with 1920s uprights,tanks,Constellation,Portable,Slimline,Convertible,shampoo/polishers,Dial A Matic,Concept and MORE.
Elites-Original boxes with color pictures showing vac and features(as above),attachment sets and boxes(before onboard)a very few Elites(both good & for parts),various handles and outer bags, etc, etc.
Bissell-Big green(& similar),Little Green(with box)rectangular style carpet cleaner(with box),CM,the RARE SC,older broom type vac,newer broom type,the RARE trio,bags for older broom,possibly ? more.
Most Bissell and Elite need to GO SOON so that others may GO!As I gather various models together I may post Final Warning and then it will be 50feet to dumpster or if metal a short distance to the scrap yard!!

Regina Canister Hose and Rug Pile Dial attachment.

Hi Jimmy,

Hope all is well. I have been looking for a good Reginal canister hose and rug pile dail attachment from the 70s. I believe I saw some Regina canisters in past pics you supplied. Any change you have these things I am looking for?

Thanks for your time.

Richard.

Richard,

I should have 4 nice Regina canisters moved to new shop but probably very little in extra parts.I did see a Regina canister shag nozzle recently and am gathering Reg Brooms, etc in one area.I do have 2 of the 90s broom power nozzle.

Jimmy

If you have any shag carpet nozzles I can use some. Also, any unclaimed big greens and if you have any bottles for the box little greens I need the type bottle which you hook a tube to. I'll send you a picture of the type bottle I'm looking for.
And I want to be offered anything before the scrap or dumpster if no one else wants them.
My number is 989,277,2093.
Thanks.

Damien,

shag nozzles-I have seen some generic fit all and may have Hoover shag nozzle in its box.Prices starting at $2.
offered-before-scrap or dumpster--All can see and have chance to call me at 423-268-4841.I want a $5 minimum to deal with shipped items and they MUST BE GONE at that time with buyer paying actual shipping fee. With dumpster they are gone in 60 seconds and at scrap yard they pay for metal.

Jimmy,

Thanks for letting me know about the Regina parts. Are you looking to sell any of the machines you referenced? Any pics of what you might sell would be appreciated. I am thinking these are full set machines and attachments?

Thanks again Jimmy!

Richard,

Most vacs in pictures are or could be available.Reginas other than full size canisters need to go SOON.The 4 canisters should be orange(average),2 tone green,yellow/gray,yellow/chrome(these 3 more deluxe and NICE).Most with matching hoses, many atts. But before them I need MUCH gone at old store.Should also be 1 hand vac based on Regina broom.

Your store sounds like a treasure trove. It sounds like you'd be good with an auctioneer who could take pictures of everything and list them.

Might be quicker and require less energy on your part.

gregvacs,

"--auctioneer--"---If this was rare & valuable pottery that recently filled a local auction house with high bidders or a house next to the golf course with a mix of furniture, antiques, art, clothes, kitchen items, china, tools, vintage toys, etc that draws large crowds almost every week in our region it would be simpler. But this is vacuums. Most somewhat rare and collectible from 1920s to modern with a limited amount of collectors scattered over the country.I would welcome a fast fingered EBay seller with good feedback.I again ask that those here do not keep this a secret.I am beginning to search for groups of Kirby,Hoover and other collectors. But I still have to sort items and match, hoses, attachments, parts, bags & literature when available.I welcome any suggestions and look forward to the 2 collectors that are planning trips.
GE1969,
"--lime green and taupe--"---I have counted as many as 14 color combinations among my Constellations but have never found lime green.Do have several Slimline(maybe green) and many Portables with even more pretty colors.

Jimmy,

Thanks for the reply on the Regina canisters. I am pretty sure I bought some really nice things from you in the past when the lady who's name escapes me was listing items for you on eBay. She was very nice and it was a pleasure doing business with her.

I understand you need to empty the old spot out as a priority. I would be interested in the deluxe models in the future.

Take care Jimmy!

Jimmy,

I noticed a Electrolux straight suction hose in photo 13 of your latiest pic number 6 over from left to right. Do you know if that hose is still air tight? The hose looks to be in good condition. I have been looking for one that is air tight.

Thanks much!
Richard.

Richard,

I have those and many more original hoses to match various Elux.I would not expect them to be air tight but would be good for display to complete an original att set or to attempt repair of inner lining OR most will go in dumpster SOON.

Kelton,

Was good to talk to you.I do have matching shampooer & crevice tool for Legend. They look to be very good. Will be looking for other items when I am in those areas.

Kirbys!!!

These just came down from attic.Does not include Kirbys on stairs in previous pic.Missing nozzles, etc are probably here as are a few MORE.Only 2 of these are generic bags.I am not an expert if the genuine bags are correct for each model. At least 2 are not.

Bags

Hi, Jimmy.

Do you wish to keep the bags with the units, are are you willing to part with the original bags alone? Specifically the 511, 517, 560, D50 ones? And how much would you want, if you were willing to part with them :)
-- David

David,

Would probably try to keep the nicer Kirbys complete.Am still finding Kirby parts.Should be a box of older Kirby cloth bags and a NOS orange Heritage bag. Will try to keep prices reasonable after considering condition.A couple of bags today had problems but most seem good or very good.
