In reading some postings today on a Kirby vacuum Yahoo group forum, I came across a posting referring us to product reviews for Kirby vacuums at http://www.epinions.com/Vacuums-reviews-kirby. I clicked onto these reviews and read a few. If Kirbys are reviewed, I presume other vacuum cleaners are too.
