Wow, picture 14 shows a Hoover Spirit Box, is there a vacuum with the box or just the box. Would love that along with any other Hoover, Kenmore, Eureka canisters. Can't wait to come visit.

Would you still have dry pickup attachments for a Kenmore Cleaning System? Got the unit but still need the dry vacuuming attachments and upholstery spray nozzle. Have carpet spray nozzle and Power-mate.

Wish I could make it out but too far from FL!

I do wish I could make it! With my grandfather's health and my health being what they are at the moment, I don't think it would be adorable for me to travel that distance. This past year has not had the odds in my favor...

Well, I think I’m going to take a ride out there on Monday and maybe pic some good old vacs up Tuesday if that’s ok. I’m off work with an injury so I can make the ride without having to worry about time. If you could hold the bisons for me and a model 65 maybe even a couple more converts like a 68 or a 66 or any 2 digit convertibles. Would you be able to send me your address via email!!??
Thanks
Jus

Pictures

Tradition is very nice & complete including paperwork with early lockout switch.
Royals are mostly in attic and not'ready for their close up'.
Spirit box is only box. Most Hoover canisters are Constellation & Celebrity with a few others including Dimension.
Have box and atts for Cleaning System in attic.Need to sort more on second floor, then bring items down from attic.
Even with 2nd set of pics you HAVE NOT SEEN 10% of what is here.

Not only am I hoping to get up there to see you sometime this fall before your big clean-out is over, I have ulterior motives for coming as well.....I don't know about you, BUT I am absolutely itching for a good trip to Ridgewood again! For those of you that haven't been to see Jimmy or the Elizabethton area, there is a small, hole-in-the-wall type bbq place called Ridgewood BBQ....it is utterly AMAZING, and just to prove how popular it is, if you get there during the lunch rush....be prepared to wait a LONG TIME! It really is THAT GOOD, and worth the wait! I'm going to check with the boss (aka, the wife) and see when she's not on-call, or has something planned with her mom and make a day trip to see you! This time though, dinner's on me Jimmy! :)

"Ridgewood"--Closed Sunday.VERY busy Fri,Sat and closed 2:30-4:30 to get ready for next crowd,Mon-Thur short wait time. The food guy at college just wrote book on Ridgewood history since 1948.
"-Tevis Campell-"--The Intervac motor and fan unit mounts on wall with a white front cover to insert long hose(tan/pink color)that connects to 'dust bubble' that looks like a flattened egg shape with built in handle on top and door to hold paper bag on bottom and then wand with 2 male ends and attachments.Label has Los Angeles address.

And another central vac hiding in the back room,--

--the CV from Central Vacuum Corporation of LA 23,CA.Round,gray plastic bucket with motor under and flat lid on top.

D80

Hey,

This is Chris... I called you the other day about the D80s, I’m the one from Florida. I sent you a text earlier today, I know you are hugely busy, but I just don’t want to miss out... I did check my attachments, and whatever you may have for a D80 in addition to the D80 itself would be wonderful! Contact me 601-479-7003 and we can go over things once more.

Thank you!!!

Chris

As I texted back I found 2 partial green sets.Should be able to find enough to make complete set.I have LOTS of Kirby stuff from 50s to Heritage(& much Heritage &Generation)but the D80 accessories are probably the most rare.Busy today as I am expecting a collector from a northern direction but call anytime.

Hello Justin,goodbye vacs

Justin came down and chose quality over quantity with some nice original uprights with correct bags going to their new home. And guess where we chose to dine.Who will be next?!?

Kevin,Chris(& all),

I sometimes spend lunch break at a thrift store every week or 2.Among a few items that followed me home today are--
--a VERY NICE gray & maroon Hoover Spirit with cordwinder, chrome wands, floor brush and Quadraflex nozzle.
--a box with NICE pretty green parts that turned out to be a D80 rug nozzle(with
worn brush),polisher,shampooer & a few small attachments(no hose,wand or vac).
All still in car. Will look closer later.

Phillip

Kenmore Cleanmore tools

I'd like to have the Cleanmore attachments, and I also would like some beige (greige?) attachments for my lime green Hoover Slimline (I need the furniture nozzle brush and crevice tool) but I can't make it up. It'd be a great trip if I had the time. Would like to see the area. Too far to me to drive from FL and not enough free time. lol

fan-of-fans

Haven't been in attic lately but need to at least get Convertible hoses down.Call this weekend and I will try to know more on attachments.Small items would take less time and trouble to pack and ship.

Yes,the tan one needs a new home.I think it has at least a hose with it.Very little for Electrikbroom but I do have an original box, shag rake and some misc parts such as fans. Will take a closer look soon.
I do have full size Regina canisters and maybe the 'hand vac'version of the broom.
Jimmy

Hi Jimmy, I would be interested in any full canister's you might have. I am also looking for a replacement rug pile dial tool ( White with the dial in the middle that goes to the canister) I have been looking for this machine for years. A holy grail childhood machine. If you have any of the above please let me know.

Have always enjoyed your posts on this cite! Hope all is well Jimmy!

Best, Richard.

matty0033

As above I do not do email.I do answer the telephone(before it is turned off in evening)at 423-268-4841.The tan broom is one that was found with cord cut off but seems to be complete and in good condition for age and model.Should have hose and I may have attachment set in box.Would be a lower price. Also have an early Regina housekeeper and original box of then optional attachments.
lux14-
I should have at least 4 Regina canisters(none with power nozzle)in mostly complete and at least good condition.A very nice green,2 yellows(one with chrome lid)an orange and ??Most with deluxe suction control.
