Ultra MVP

Picked up my first Ultra MVP saturday and disasembled it and cleaned and polished it.

Congratulations on your MVP Ultra. I'm old enough to remember when those were brand new. I owned a repair shop, and we didn't work on too many of them. I think the only thing I had to replace on that model was the handle release pedal, as the head (nozzle) was quite heavy and the release pedal failed (broke). Nice cleaner - they didn't sell that many of them as it was (at the time) quite expensive compared to the other Dirt Devil models. As they now have HEPA type U bags available, you might consider using them to keep the inside of your machine clean.

I've never tried one but I always loved the look of them! I know they are heavy unit. Very cool machine to find!
