Hey Dylan
Yep thats a Canadian Electrolux shag tool / deep cleaner.
On my screen I cant tell if its white or pale grey. If its white its from the AP200, Pale Grey was the 2100 and S90. These were produced from the model 89 run (around 1970)untill the System 90 was out (around 1989/90)
