Is

That the sunbeam that sucks the wallpaper off the wall and it's air turbo nozzle a few pics before it?

Les,

Not the Dual Deluxe which was the first and ultimate Sunbeam.I have only had 2 with one turbine nozzle.Nozzle was sold and there may be one vac downstairs. They later had a good, better, best line up and added the different shapes and styles.Even though they added features such as cord winder, tool storage and magnet lids they were never as good as the Dual Deluxe.

Hi there again Jimmy, just checking in to see if you got my mail yet or not. I did try to call a couple times, hope that I got your information correct. Thanks!

mail?

Not yet.
I am having very little time for vintage vacs but DD filter is boxed and ready and Mo M should now have a box that fits for shipping quote.
Phone is 423-268-4841 and will be turned off at some point in evening and back on the next morning.

Maybe that might explain it, this is one of the reasons why I prefer using Paypal instead. Luckily I can cancel it and write you another one. Just in case, I'll need to call again and double check on the address to be certain that it's right.

Larry,

Should be 6 or 8 in back room behind the back room but with 6 1/2 day a week book store and part time vac sales, service, supplies for long time customers with little help I am having no time for vintage vacs.It looks more and more like I will have to run all this day to day till I die and then a discount crematorium and commercial dumpster.

Jimmy is running all over the place!!!! lol

Hey Jimmy,

Thank you for the update; I appreciate it. I'll have to get down there this fall to say hello and see what's going on. See you then!

2-Kent(former Vacuna)in corner
Soot vac for furnaces/fireplaces(seems to later have become Oreck Hotel vac with long hose & power nozzle)
?(will look when upstairs)used by carpet cleaning service in 50s-60s
6-Electrolux from Europe sold in US as Viking(as they already used that name on sewing machines)in mid 80s

Why "sadly"-

-that they could still scrub, buff, polish and shampoo collectors floors? Or that a Convertible could have a companion in a matching color? But it might end sadly if they go to the scrap metal yard. They have enough aluminum to make a lot of Pepsi cans!

Jimmy, if you're so worried about seeing some of these vintage cleaners you have collected over the years go to waste, why not have your friend help you with Ebay? You have some very nice machines there that I am sure you could fetch quite a bit of money for. Even some that are in fair shape, like that Kenmore KenKart Power Mate with the rusty wand and dirty hose, would still be able to be sold to a collector wanting to restore for a reasonable price.

"-EBay?--dumpster?-"

As my original EBay seller is dead I would welcome a competent, experienced seller but have found only those who think all you do is spend 2 minutes with a smart phone and all is done.I will be talking further with an EBay seller moving to this area next week and remaining hopeful.
I also welcome any collectors who can make the easy 4 lane drive. They would have my full attention which is otherwise focused on my 7 day a week book store.
For today I will be calling a scrap metal guy who can bring a truck to the back door and continue with metal Electrolux,Kirby and more.
