Yeah, I know, couldn't believe it tho! It came with everything except the dry floor tool & the extension tubes, but love the tinted bin. Also, they're only 800w but have enough power to suck the carpet up but I don't like the carpet wash head - it's not see through & it's only 6 inches long!
