Oh, absolutely!
I just thot the guy is such a loveable old coot -- that's me in about 25 years, hahaha! (And is SOME of us today, hahahahaha!! <br
Seriously, can you imagine someone who is actually still cleaning their house, using as a daily driver, such an old klunker? Lord only knows what filth is lurking in THOSE carpets <br
It's one thing to have old machines for fun and nostalgia, quite another to be deluded into believing they actually do a thorough job of cleaning! Especially a straight-suction tank. This machine looks very similar to an Electrolux XII and I imagine is of about comparable power -- in other words, pretty wimpy! Even when judged against the XXX, which has significantly more suction than the XII <br
On the other hand, I'd say it's a fairly easy bet that any of the Hoovers from the 700 up through the last Convertibles would out-clean just about any machine on the market today. And the user would look SO much more glamorous than when shoving some hideously garish plastic monstrosity around the house <br
