So my Partner (who does not share my passion for vacuums)
comes home this past weekend and says he has been to the thrift store and found a neat Hoover vacuum for 99 cents.....this is what he found.
Made my day!
Model 115
S/N- 8562576
I am guessing this is a replacement bag.....Wouldn't the original have been dark brown...like the 28?
This bag looks good and is in great condition.
Runs strong, bearings sound like they need cleaned and greased.
same for the brushroll bearings.
Some rust on the rug plate & brushroll.....
Also needs a belt, which I am sure is NLA....any ideas what might work?
Also guessing this from the early 50's......
Any other info would be great.....Thanks
