Hello!

I have this Sunbeam vac and have researched on the web, but cannot find anything onit. I also tried finding it with the patent number, but I didn't have any luck. If anyone knows what year it's from or where I could find info on it, it would be appreciated!

When

I looked up on Google Patent and inserted the Sunbeam and number ,it said the patent was for a new design. Filed April 10, 1962 and good for 14 years. Years later about 2005 Black and Decker had a close looking unit that had the removable hand held vac.

That's a very rare Sunbeam Touch 'N Go stick vac. I've only seen two other in my lifetime of vacuum collecting. My friend Hans was kind enough to send me a pack of bags for it, in case I ever find one for myself.

Any patent number with a "D" as the first digit, is a design patent. That's a patent on the shape or looks, not on an invention inside of it.

Thank you for the replies/help. Do you have any idea what this would sell for? It actually still runs well, too!
