Sequence of Filter Queen Models

Does anyone know the sequence of the Filter Queen models thru the years, starting with the earliest? Or, even the earliest cannister?
Is it true that at least the first Filter Queen (called the Health Mor) was an upright?
Were the first FQ cannisters also called "Health Mor"?
Are the Canadian models in the same sequence and numbers as the US models?
Anyone that knows, please tell!

ok here goes of what I know about the sequencwe of Filter Queens

The very FIRST Filter Queen was a canister and built in 1939
( same as this one this one, but brown and tan)
Yes Health Mor first built uprights with Royal motors(not called Filter Queens then)
Health Mor Inc
I believe that Canadian Models are in different sequence and numbers than US models
Health Mor was the first company to patent its "centrifugal filter-cone action",(used specifically in the Filter Queen canister vacuum cleaners)and to date has not cahnged the patent.
The Heart of the F/Q cleaning action is in the scientifically-developed filter cone. This cone is composed of a special long-fibered mat of pure cellulose treated for strength and exceptional efficiency. It separates the dirt from the air, thus returning pure filtered air back into the room.This extraodinary dirt separator will remove tobacco stain from a breath of smoke, and will maintain optimal, consistant air flow even after a whole month's cleaning. This is actually the a true bagless vacuum.

Truly amamzing they had this patent and technology way back in 1939......

The Filter Queen models in the US and Canada were pretty much the same sequence but the US versions were slightly different than the Canadian ones (Eg - model 31 in the US was a pinkish while it was chrome and brown in Canada).


The sequence ran - 200, 200A, 350, 450 (this one was the 500 in the US), 31 then 700.

The 31 and 700 both had several versions in both the US and Canada. Unfortunately I havn't got dates for them other than the 200A which was 1949 and the 350 which was 1951.

Seems the brown nozzle was on the early 70's & I was told the chrome nozzle was late 70's onward but thats probably US.

Seems the D31X I just got one was made 74 to I think 90 or 92.
Then it was Majestic.

Are there any date codes on the FQ models? Can you use the serial # as an indication?

Wow, can't wait to get my new toys...
