selling the kirby 515

I will be selling the kirby 515 in a couple of weeks. I will donate 1/4 of the profite to hope and another 1/4 to ben. I will post another thread when I post the vacuum to ebay. So if you want to donate to ben or hope, you can get a vacuum while donating. Just a insentive, Ithink that is the word, to raise up the amount of donations. I have shined up the kirby to a ok shine. Not dull but not a "new" shine. It needs new bearings and needs new carbon brushes. Comes with a gray cord with the round female end. Original bag, has been washed. I haven't opend it up yet so Idont know the condition of the motor. It does run. Takes about 5-6 seconts for the motor to come to a stop. It has black wheels. And a 10 blade fan. I commend you for doing this! You are creating a win-win situation for everyone involved....someone will get a vacuum cleaner, Hope and Ben will receive some of the profits from the sale, and you will get some of the sales money as well! I guess they must have changed the bag design during the production run of the 515?


 


On Charles Lester's web site he has a picture of a 515 with the "deep V" bag.
