I picked this up yesterday, and I’ll probably give the bearings and The like a bit of an oil, but it does physically work and pick up stuff

Made in England and sold in many countries in the late 40s and early 50s. They were sold as the New Maid Delux in Canada. That colour was from 1949 (Earlier ones were blue/black)
So for the moment, I’m not exactly sure how I want to clean
Clean it up but. I definitely do want to try an oil the fan bearings, and it does still have the original oil in there, but it definitely seems like the bearings for the fan are a little rough. That’s why I would like to lubricate them, does anybody have a reasonable idea how you get one of these things apart, as I’m not sure how to get the handle off
