Sanitaire SC887 Cord Problems

I have five commercial Sanitaire SC887 vacuums. All of these do not have a second cord hanger that allows you to wrap the cord up, so the cord has to be tied up like an extension cord and hung up on the first cord hanger. In the research that I've done suggest that the vacuums do not actually come with the second cord hanger? But why? Even though the Hoover guardsman H-C1433010 has a dust cup, it's cord is neatly wrapped as well.

I don't know why they wouldn't include a lower cord hook but it appears you are right about it not coming with one. It must be due to the dust cop maybe it would just be difficult to get to with the cup there but anyhow the schematic doesn't show it as having one

I think many maids that are moving from room to room in large buildings prefer to quickly gather the cord and hang on the one larger hook.But at the end of the day it would be best to wrap loosely on 2 hooks.The early Panasonic comm ur had 1 hook and cord strap with snap fastener.
