Sanitaire SC886 vs SC888

What are the differences between the Sanitaire SC886 and SC888? I'm still waiting on the seller to respond, but if there is no response, I may go with an SC888. What are the differences? Also, I'm curious. When did Sanitaire start making both models? Also, has there ever been an SC886 with a headlight? Do they still make SC888s with a headlight today?

The SC888 has a Vibra Groomer 1 Brush Roll and a headlight, the SC886 has no headlight and has a Vibra Groomer 2 brush Roll. The VG1 is aluminum and has nicer bristles and beater bars and doesnt bend like the steel VG2.

I am buying the SC886 now since the user responded to me. I thought it was an abandoned ebay account at first because it has been listed since 2006. One thing for sure, it will have the pancake motor and it's brand new.
