Recently got a Royal model 89135C from my local Habitat for Humanity Resale store for $12. Needed a vacuum but did not want a disposable plastic vacuum so I got this hoping it could last a long time by repairing as needed. I like the ease of serviceability. Where can I get a owners manual? What about parts like motor brushes? Is there a best place to get parts? These days most things are disposed of rather than fixing. Is it even possible to repair rather than replace?

Your

Not going to find a manual or really a good place to find parts.
Ebay has brush rolls but make sure you know what your ordering.
The carbon brushes I'd go to a vacuum shop. The belts and type a and type b bags on ebay bags I'd go Amazon.
The vacuum is a commercial model and looks in excellent condition. This will last for a very long time.

GREAT FIND!sTOCK UP ON BRUSHROLLS AND MOTOR BRUSHES WHEN YOU FIND THEM AT VAC SHOPS.fOR THE MOTOR BRUSHES-A GOOD MOTOR SHOP CAN HELP.Sadly TTI has discontinued parts for these.A motor repair shop may be able to help as an alternative source for motor brushes.

Nice find!
I got a very similar one, but with the red bag for, I believe, $15 recently. I love the green though!
Mine just needed a good cleaning and a new disposable bag. I bought Type B Royal HEPA bags. I don't remember if I got them on eBay or Amazon.
