I have always wanted a Riccar and never bought one because well they were expensive. Until I found one for super cheap at the thrift store. Anyway this is esentially a panny upright. But it seems a bit quiter and more substantial somehow. I really like it I have the panny to match it almost exactly but this in comparison seems much better.

Looks like a nice vacuum! Very Panasonicisheque! Do I see the switch on the handle? If so, that's good. I don't like the kind that are in that form factor that have the power switch just above the bag chamber.

Looks like a nice long cord, but could just be short cord wraps. That would be an awesome machine for a housekeeping business! Did it come with any 'tachments?

I was going to ask you to do a comparison shot with the panisonic and riccar side by side, but I'll get to play with them and see them in person soon hopefully!

Good idea I will

the cord is the longest by far in all that I have I can do my whole house from the plug in my dining room. Its really nice feature. The eluxes have to be moved constantly.
