If the corded Supralite is close to a Kirby in noise that might be a problem if they want to sell them in the EU. 80db is the maximum allowed. The Kirby is 88db.

I'm glad more companies are making corded bagged machines i know oreck is coming out with the pod but the capacity on that Superalite is just like a corded upright!

How well does it clean compared to a corded?

The cordless Simplicity upright uses the SAME bags as the corded versions-and yes,those bags are like bottomless pits-they can hold more debris than Kirby bags!I would like to know how much debris the Oreck "Pod" can hold.You can tell for sure when the Simplicity bags on these vacuums are full-the bag weighs almost as much as the vacuum!
