need plastic piece that slides against motor

There is a plastic piece that slides against the motor when lowering the tower. It is a normal wear point. The only solution seems to be to purchase a new frame from workhorse (https://cleartrak.com/product/frame-assembly/). But it seems like I should be able to drill out the rivets and put a new plastic piece in there. Do I need to fabricate this, or is there somewhere to get one? Anyone have any ideas?
