After watching the Golden Girls when it was originally broadcast as well as the re-runs many, many times including almost every day for the past few years...how could I not know that there was a follow up series called The Golden Palace? I will have to hunt down the episodes.

Eureka Dial a nap from 1980's on The Middle
I have seen a few episodes where the blue eureka has been pictured and even where "Frankie" is using it. Has a blue and white checkered bag. It seems though that the Hecks have another vacuum also .

In one episode, he is emptying the vacuum outside, looking for a valuable coin he thinks his wife vacuumed up. In two other episodes, Dennis's parents' vacuum, a GE Roll Easy, is prominently displayed in various scenes. In one episode, Dennis has vacuumed up leaves out in the yard with the GE. Henry has to call "Opie" the repairman to get it repaired. You really get some good views of the vacuums in this show. I'm not even through all of Season One!</span>

That does look similar to an old upright vacuum, but it is indeed the AquaMate attachment. Also note the shampoo bottles on the mantle above it.
