Hi everyone,
I have a Rainbow E2 Platinum and I'm having some trouble with the power nozzle. I bought it used from someone who said the hose has a possible short, I have two electric hoses for it and neither one powers the nozzle correctly. At first it worked for a while but now nether hose works properly. I've tried plugging the power nozzle and the Aquamate directly into the port on the machine and they still don't run. So the issue must be inside the main unit somewhere.
Can anyone help me figure out what might be going on? I've cleaned the inside of the machine out and I didn't see anything wrong with the wiring to the hose electrical connection.
