Question on my Lux Olympia One

Hey, I am a little shocked after my Olympia One started to die down. It would sound like it would die from there. Then the bag light would come on and it thinks it's full. i think its the carbon brushes, because it has no signs of burning or smoke. Any ideas? I would LOVE to use this again!!!!

Did you try running it without the hose ? The hose might be clogged.
