Have you ever seen a hoover sewing machine a friend of mine has one for sale I never new they made them but it looks like a singer featherweight for $75 i was considering it what do you think?

I did a google search on them & went to images ... They look good with the motors on the side/back but there weren't many pictures.

Yes it do

Japan. LOL what does that mean?? I went back..I thought here were a lot of them on there, it was only 1 repeated all over.

There were afew "obscure" things made by/for HOOVER

over the years. Is our famed 'logo" on it anywhere? Does it say The HOOVER Company on it anywhere?
That most elusive popcorn popper (even 'my good friend, Tom Anderson from North Canton, Ohio) {see, I can play that too.others}, doesn'thave one. And, the day will come when:if Tom doesn't have one.... there ain't any, lol.

WE all went crazy years ago when we saw the Hoover cherry pitter. We all have one. HOOVER had nothing to do with it.
I have one of the brass-plated typewriters (used at HOOVER Company. They branded everything.
So, if it sounds/looks good, and you want it, I'd say,"Go for it". Just post pics if you do.

I'm not huge on sewing machines, but seeing one produced by Hoover even if all thedy did was possibly slap their name on it then it still sounds neat!! Great find. John is quite an expert on that stuff!

HOOVER blender

I used to have a HOOVER blender, but I lost it when the old house got repossessed. So sad. :-(
