Does the original vacuum's cord halo have a blue trim/bumper around it's circumference?

Here's a tip guys!

I have used screen door splining material which is found in your local hardware stores. Simply make a slit in the tubing with an Exacto knife and attach after putting a thin layer of contact cement like PLIOBOND.

This works particularly well on the Eureka Rotomatics.
