Problem with Shark DuoClean Apex 952

Hi, just bought this one a couple months ago, and it was fantastic at first. However now I am having suction issues when using hand held mode, there's barely any suction on the strongest mode. I have checked the tube for blockage, and cleaned the filters and checked the roller brush but nothing has helped. any other suggestions?

I had a Shark Navigator Lift Away that had a similar problem. After 6 months of constant use it would not suck. Turned out the motor was caked in fine clay dust (I live in red dirt Oklahoma). If it is under warranty I would contact Shark and have them fix it. Once it is fixed I would sell it and get a better vacuum.
