The theme this year IS straight suction canister vacuums. Technique, speed, and the right rug nozzle are the secret to a blue ribbon. As former VCCC Presidents, Charlie Watrous and I will not be participating but will be running the contest. The emcee duties will fall to the charismatic Mr. Watrous, and I'll handle recording the judge's comments to determine the winner.
