Premier Comercial on Ebay

There is a Premier Commercial upright for sale on Ebay. This is from when GE became Premier in the early 70's.
It appears to have a cloth bag. Does anyone have any info on this model? I would like to know how you empty it ?

That's mine for sale on eBay. As if you couldn't already figure it out by the user eBay iD. The bag is a cloth dump bag. You remove the slide on the top of the bag and dump it out.
