Handle

Tom,
Where can you purchase a handle like what you are using on the Volt. Is there a Simplicity part number so I can order this from my local dealer? Or can I purchase this handle from the outlet store in St. James?
Thanks, Bob.

The hose handle I'm using is from Hide A Hose, and is available through ESSCO to any vac shop in the country that gets their supplies from ESSCO (which is virtually all vac shops now). I got mine the night my Hide A Hose was installed. Evan Rogers sells them (and will ship) through his vacuum shop, The Vac Shack (636-937-1001). Evan is the man who did my installation of both my Vacuflo as well as the Hide A Hose and I highly recommend him.

hose handles

I may get these genders mixed up, I think the end of a hide a hose is a male connector and most wands and hose ends are female, again I may have that backwards. So, in order to use standard wands and attachments with a hide a hose, you attach a handle to the end of the hide a hose which also serves as an adapter. The numatic henry vacuums work this way as well. As far as I know, the volt nozzle will attach to any standard hose end without any adapters.

Brilliant!
So many cool vintage vacs lack a power outlet or were equipped with mediocre power heads...I have Filter Queens, Silver Kings, and a Crome dome Rainbow, that can now clean without compromise.
This Volt is a must for those of us who like to keep our gear on the job.

I'm busy with my vac collection for the first time in about a year...just scored a nice blue Hoover QS Celebrity just like the Jeff Koons art work pictured below...no accompanying Quadraflex came with it, but no worries with this new Tandem Air unit.

Have my Volt and like Kirby-its a favorite "vacuum"!In fact even USED it with Kirby set in its hose mode-worked well!Mine has an upgraded motor-so its even more powerful!LOVE IT!!!!!The man at Tacony that thought of this tool is a genius! Also like the Simplicity "Freedom" cordless upright-the ONLY cordless vacuum that WORKS!!

Uk

Omg. I haven't posted on here for so long
I know it's probably a stupid question but do you think there there is any way these might be available in the UK. I know power nozzle cleaners are really not very popular here but there are some of us that like them. Even my non vacuum collecting friends that have tried my power nozzle cleaners say they prefer them. So to be able to convert a normal cylinder ( canister ) vacuum to a power nozzle machine sounds like a godsend
Happy belated new year to everyone
Regards
Dave
