Chase here is the Kenmore Power Center that you wanted to see.
Also I got pictures of the Kenmore Heavy Duty and Powerdrive models made by Whirlpool. ( some of the best edge cleaning vacuums ever made). The power Center is just like a cheaper Hoover Elite. Almost the SAME thing. It even take a Hoover type A bag. All of these are late 80's - early 90's vacuums.
I don't know squat about the Power Center but I can tell you the the Heavy Duty was sold for about $150.00 and up. The Powerdrive was about $299.99 +.

ohh I know that Whirlpool, I thought you were talking about a different onee. But OMG that is the Kenmore I had...If you EVER are willing to get rid of it you have to let me know!! Lol. I still have the attachments for it to. And I was just watching a home video from when I was very little, and there it was, sitting in the kitchen, with the hose on it, and my dad asked me, whose vacuum is that? Who let you take home that vacuum for the weekend? Lol. Fond memories...

amazing.

as stated above[or below] me by vacman, i to had an older Kenmore when i was about 8, i remember it was pretty loud and sometimes scared me. but eventually learned to adore the big machine. anyhow just saying heya hiya hoya, hope that vacuum serves you for many many years.

almost positive the power center is a panasonic clone. there version was called ? lite.

love the kenmores

Thats the very Power Center my cosin had, I had the blue(of corse)7.5amp one but I liked the hose on the greyone better. Mine had the stretch hose that easily retracted when using the crevice tool and when I wasnt pay attn I would tip the vac over grr.I did like the vac for the 3 years it lasted.
And yes Panisonic did make them,I currently have the Panisonic commercial version I got 2yrs ago via ebay NOS Ive used it a handfull of times and can already smell the motor starting to burn. The motors in those suckers were not very reliable.I suppose thats why there arent many around.

Wow... lol. I looked more at the pictures I have of mine. This is not it. Mine was 7 amps, and it was more purplish. Gosh Darn. But that sure is close
