Headlight lens

Hi John, been a while. Did the #27-28 upright originally have a lens over the headlight bulb? Neither of mine have one and was curious. Thanks,Billy

Yes they originally did. It was just a thin, clear peice of plastic. Any that remain today have yellowed with age and are brittle.

I'm still trying to navigate the new "site". The GUV,and deluxe Convertible are at my aunt's home. I also thought I'd pay a little tribute to the "Brits".
