Finally, attach the Filter Queen hose to the friction fit adapter (I fits perfectly and holds well). Here is the complete picture.

It really is "rigged" up but fun to use.

That's a neat arrangement.

Plug in and play, so to speak. A repairman told me once he could change the end of my GE hose (no way) to put tools back on it, as the originals at the time were nowhere around in this area. I would like to find a couple of those aftermarket adaptors just for fun.

Thanks!

Thank you for going to the trouble of showing your adapters and conversion to a "super vac"! Do you know where I can obtain the adapter to fit the power nozzle. I have the other one but have never seen the one for the nozzle end. I have a 2 speed Hoover Quadraflex power nozzle that I would love to use with my Princess III, what a carpet cleaner that would make!

Logan,

Great "rigging"! I would venture to guess that lots of us do that . And, as you said, you get a super vac. Fred S. showed me how to put my Air-Way p/n on my Compact Electra and that makes a wonderful combination.

I'll know my Mar. schedule on 2/13 and then we can plan something. Plan on making lots of creative combinations!

here are my two F/Q

Hey logan... very nice job on your new Filterqueen. Here is a pic of my model 700 and my model 200A. I love them both...btw have you seen my youtube vid of me using the model 700 with the powernozzel?? Check it out, I find that the powernozzel cleans very well.Go to Youtube, then videos, then enter "filterqueen big dirt test" and there it is.Hey, how about making a video using your new F/Q?? I really like the colour of your F/Q.

Stay tuned...

Brad.

I was just using one of mine. we jsut sanded the drywall. It never lost suction there wsant a spec of dust anywere. They have great airflow. I checked. It started out at 100 and at the end it was 99 I htink thats pretty good consitering that dysons loss suction after 6 oiunces of dirt.

OH Logan congrats on the Filter Queen. It will last for years. And they work great. OH I think the same out the old pn. The new one on the 75th aniversarry and on the 360 are greatt the suck up everything.

Hey Rick a friend gave me that adapter years ago and I am not sure where he got it from. I've been doing some searches on the Internet and can't find them anywhere. Sorry!

Does anyone else here know where you can get these?

Logan, great find on the FQ, Thanks for the tips on the power Nozzle adaptor. I was just about to ask if you know where to get them? So you'll let us know when, where and if you find out any info.
