Quality Control is a problem.....
Had a Perfect but got rid of it. Power Nozzle was noisy so I opened it up and tightened the screws that hold the brush roll. Helped some but still noisy. That power nozzle lays flat to the floor for under low beds which I find a plus. Decided to order just the power nozzle and see if it was quieter from Total Vac.
No and when I opened it up the plastic was cracked inside. Almost missing a 1/4 inch square piece of the plastic lip....sent it back for a refund......No more china vacuums........
