You are most likely going to be out of luck on that one. You might want to call around to old vac shops and see if maybe they could pull one out of a boneyard or if they might have one in old stock. Both ESSCO and Steel City Vac, my two biggest suppliers, don't have them anymore.

There is a store in St. Paul, MN that has retained its name, Regina Vacuum, even though the company went out of business. Since they've been around for 4 score years it's possible that they might have the part for which you are looking. I know they have a basement full of used vacuums and parts albeit fire codes forced them to purge some of the items a year ago.
