Opinions on HALO Vacuuns...

What is your opinion on this HALO ultraviolet vacuum? I don't believe a word they say about it. You can't get bags anywhere. The ultraviolet light only skimms the surface, and it takes like 45 seconds to kill bacteria, not the fraction of a second it takes to push the vacuum over the carpet, and the ultraviolet lights will burn out from the vibrations easily. Also, it does not have very much suction at all.

Agreed! The Halo was tested and panned by Popular Mechanics recently!

I think they are trying to jump onto the antibacterial wave and try to push it to people who are addicted to hand sanitizer and there home uv light toothbrush head cleaner. Come one who the hell would ever make something like this it is absolutley the mont most pointless thing I have ever seen in my life. It is pathetic they would sell something like this to people. The time it takes to kill bacteria from a UV light takes so long it would not be probable.

'Tis just another gimmick these days. You might as well put it on a shelf with "magic weight loss supplements" and other such things!
