--A non electric Doty----Toys,older metal & newer plastic----A VERY nice VERY low milage deluxe GE Swivel Top with cordwinder and more.(By coincidence after taking pics I recieved VDTA Journal with Toms article on same or similar vac going to museum.)----VERY nice Eureka & Concept uprights. Both with VERY nice zipper bags and new to near new complete att kits.----A RARE 60s Sears upright.GE,Eureka & Kenmore all had vacs with brush, belt, motor & bag in base.Only Eureka & KM offered attachments. My Sears is a nice example of the biggest of the 3 & only one to offer cordwinder.(The bag holder is missing but would be fairly easy to make a rectangular plastic holder with a spout to hold bag if you don't have spare parts.)----and MORE----and GE mixers.Take a look at vintage vacuum or EBay seller leisurelady65.

Hi,

Jimmy, Hope you've had a nice new year. I just wondered since I've not been in touch for a while as I know you've been busy. Any luck coming across any of the other parts I asked you about? I know you said you found one of the items with it's box.

I hope sorting through all those boxes is going well.

"sorting through-boxes-going well" NOT!

James,
Sorry for the delay. It seems a very simple idea that with warehouse emptied I could sort older Kirby parts/atts as to -505 to Sanitronic,Sanitronic(tan & green) and Sanitronic to Heritage. They are now in 3 general areas in one building. But with others parts & vacs that needed to be saved AND the vac store with modern repairs-vacs-supplies AND operating a small book booth in a large antique mall AND keeping another antique mall booth with furniture, art, glassware, etc AND dealing with a Roadmaster wagon that needs radiator, tires, etc AND dealing with a 1920s downtown building that needs anything & everything AND taking 10-15 items weekly to my EBay seller(to have both less items & hopefully more $) AND having short, dark cold days AND taking a Christmas break that was wonderful but am now further behind--I am beginning to understand the the sign I once saw---"When you are up to your a** in alligators it is hard to remember your initial objective was to drain the swamp"!!
But there is hopefully some degree of progress daily.Should know more on Kirby and others soon.(If only you could drive over with a large truck and small amount of $.)And if any are close enough to reach east Tenn by truck let me know!
Jimmy

GE upright

Austin,
I still have one back in a corner behind various older uprights. This area is far down this list of things to sort.As I do have the attachment converter I may be able to put the tan atts(same as canister) with it when offered. But I have never h
ad the att box that was similar shape but larger than an Elux Discovery att box.

Very cool! Just let me know. My grandparents had the same one in the pic that sat in the back hallway closet forever, then one day years ago, it disappeared. It unfortunately got tossed because it wasn't working right. I really didn't know what it was at the time, I just always thought it was really cool.
