Now, as you know John, I found and Bought this from Goodwill a little while ago for only $8 and although I don't really care much for this Convertible, plus plan to Sell or Trade it off, it is actually a pretty good Machine, with after some work and new Parts, Runs PERFECT and looks almost MINT, so here it is John... ;)

This Photo here is one I took of it in the Living Room, next to my Burgundy Convertible... I took this a little while ago, after I Cleaned it all up, but before I installed a Kenmore Twin Fan Upright Bag... ;)

OK...

Here it is next to my Concept 1, which I also Bought at Goodwill, for $10, but Bought a second Concept 1 off ebay and built mine, the one you see, from the two of them, which is why mine doesn't all match too well, lol, oh well, least it Runs and Sounds like Brand New, which makes it PERFECT for a Daily Driver!!!!!!!! :D Heck, I even just used my Concept 1, to Vacuum for the Comcast Guy... ;)

Oh and BTW, in these Photos now, the Kenmore Bag has been installed, as you will see...

Again...

Notice how big the Kenmore Bag Inflates in the Convertible and yes, the Suction has Increased, quite a bit actually... ;)

Nice Hoovers

All three look great, I don't think the Concept looks mismatched at all,I have a Concept two in that color,my favorite one, and a burgundy Convertible like yours,My Ex gave it to me,he said he had an old Hoover that belonged to his Grandmother from the Sixties and it was orange so I was expecting maybe a Model 33 Special. I like using top fill Kenmore or Eureka bags instead of the type C Hoover also because the dirt stays in,some always seems to fall back out with the C bags. Mark

Both nice, but I LOVE the the burgundy one. I bought one just like it (along with my Concept 1) several years ago at a Goodwill for like 10 bucks. A couple years back, I sucked something up and shattered the plastic fan on it. I was pretty upset, but kept the bag cover and motor cover just because I liked them. I miss having a Convertible with a headlight!

THANKS for that John and yes, I was Drooling, lol!!!!!!!! :p

I can't even begin to tell you how much IN LOVE I am with those two Aqua Convertible's, they are PRISTINE and GORGEOUS!!!!!!!! :D TRULY AMAZING, I just WISH I had one. :( And yeah, that non-Headlight Model is just like Ira's, but SUPERIOR in EVERY way John, SUPERIOR!!!!!!!!!!!! LORD I just can't say enough about it, lol, talk about a Teaser, that's for sure, lol!

Oh and I have my 1020 now, it came in the Mail yesterday Morning, BUT, as much as I am IN LOVE with it, the Motor sounds just AWFUL, so I'm not sure what to do with it now...? :( Yeah, I mean, other then the Plug, it's ALL Original, plus looks almost MINT, but with the Motor sounding so BAD, I dunno what to do with it now and am afraid to use it you know, which I REALLY WANT TO DO. :(

That's my Luck I guess...? :(

Here's a Photo of it BTW, the 2nd one I took...

Very nice Brady Bunch model there,

First, clean the handle with some Bon ami (well, I use that). I'd get it to a vac shop. I've had some with bad sounding motors too. I'm NOT an expert on them, BUT, I wouldn't run it too much. Thanks for the compliments. Glad yoiu liked the house and treasures.

No Broken Fan Blade or anything Mark, so I dunno...? :/

Yeah Friend, the Fan on my 1020 is as PERFECT looking as the one on my 1076, so I dunno Mark...?

I haven't actually taken the Hood off to look at the Motor yet, but if you really have that two Speed Motor for me, I think it may be Dumb of me to pass up on it you know, as even if I end up not needing it for my 1020, you never know, I may need it for another Convertible, so what do you want for it and can you take Paypal?

Honestly, I really thought the Beater Brush Bar was the problem, as it is VERY Rusty, BUT when I installed a new Hoover 49258 Belt in it, I noticed it spun freely, so I just have no clue now and wasn't told about this from the Seller. :(

Yeah, I think I will take that Motor Mark, as I feel installing a new Motor is much easier then taking this one all apart you know, but I could be wrong, I dunno, all I know is I WISH I could keep the Motor and everything ALL Original you know, like my BELOVED 1076 is... ;)

BTW, here is a Photo of the Fan, later!
