I think of those three the decade 80 is the softest brush it certainly has airflow

You got this right, and your color choices are spot on! The nice thing too is that it won't look dated any time soon, if ever! A friend bought a couple of those carpets from Costco, and wow what a difference they made in the rooms. Very nice indeed. Add one more vote for the D-80 to be used on the carpets! Billy
