Hi, I was contacted this week by them. So I had a look at their website. I believe they have changed the Ritello since I last looked. The Ritello now has a wet/dry electric power nozzle. The first one in the world so they say in their video....

Water filtration vacs are not generally my thing but I know other people on this site like them.

I just thought I'd share.....

I've never seen those before James, thanks for sharing! Are they just Rainbows under a different name? They certainly look impressive - any idea how much they sell for?

Looks impressive. Funny shape though reminds me of a Dalek. Exterminate :-)

You're so lucky over there so many quality machines to choose from.

Hi Chris, Their nothing to do with Rainbow/Rexair as far as I'm aware. Their an Italien company.

They are a direct sales company since 1987.....So they say. So they must retail around the same price as other door to door companies (Rainbow,Filter Queen,Tristar and Kirby)

I'm in the UK Mark just in case you thought I lived somewhere else lol.

Dan you know you need another water vac. Too keep the others company.

Plus then you could let us know how it stands up against other wet filtration vacs...

Thanks Alphonse

Lord knows I need more vacuums lol I finally get my Avalirs Thursday and I am also getting the Riccar Prima as soon as they are available .

I love water vacs but just don't use them enough to own another although after I get these aforementioned vacuums this Ritello might be a spring purchase 😜

From what I understand, the Ritello uses the same motor (motor made in Italy by Ametek) as the Sirena and Ocean Blue machines. Wondering why the water pan is so tall? It's certainly not needed for anything, as the water line is only 1/4 the way up. Did anyone notice the Kirby Zip Brush? Patents must be up for them to copy it.

I'll stick with my Rainbow E2 75th Anniversary Edition. If someone wants a water filtration vacuum, Rexair invented and perfected it. Why buy an imported copy with very expensive and hard to find repair parts - when the original (and best) is still made in the USA with commonly available repair parts?
