Well, thanks for the additional pictures! Apparently the rebadged uprights were not sold over there, since it says "first ever" uprights.
I like how it uses many of the same ideas as the canister (cylinder?). The lowest speed might be nice for some scatter rugs I have about the place. If it has a brush control, guess that means one can turn that feature off to do bare floors, which is a boon. On board tools apparently, as I spy a hose. I don't think I'd be converted to doing all my above the floor cleaning with an upright since I'm used to using two machines; still this feature could be nice for between cleanings, baseboards, corners and what-not.
Hopefully they will include a nice long cord (flex). I love the design and seeming brilliance of the headlight. I know some consider headlights folly, but they've been helpful to me many times in not missing something I would have even in an otherwise fully lit room.
I wonder if the height adjustment is auto or manual, and if the brushroll is direct, gear or belt driven (not sure what it is on the power nozzles, since my cylinder is straight suction only).
All in all, if as Andy suggests that these appear in the states in quarter 4, a worthy cause to earmark a portion of my holiday bonus for a Christmas toy!
