Hey guys, I’m thinking about getting a national capsule vacuum cleaner, and not just as another vacuum, it would be also used as a footstool for my bedroom, so would anybody have any thought of instruction manual documentation or anything close to that? As well as should you sit on it as some people are going to think “it’s a seat“ Plus as well as where I can find a dusting brush for it

It looks like this? I can tell just by its construction and size that no it would not support any human weight.

As a foot stool I am positive it will be OK, but fully sitting down on it I would be certain it would shatter into pieces.

OMG .... they're still around?

My aunt had one back in the late 60's. National had a range of products that were designed so that you didn't have to hide them. They could live "in plain sight", so to speak. And to be fair, they fitted very well into some of the plastic furniture aesthetic of the time. I hope it still works and that your get much joy from it
