Hoover bag cleaner

I didn't know they exist! For years I've been vacing cloth vacuum bags with my Compact & turbo brush or Electrolux 1205 & SideKick.

Im gonna try to build something similar to the hoover bag cleaner. I will post pictures of it when im done.

I would think there could be still a market and use for the Hoover bag cleaners-commercial vacuums that have dump bags.Still see a lot of those used today-mostly Sanitaires.Would think a bag cleaner machine would be ideal for those bags-and the machine could be owned by the outfit that has a fleet of dump bag vacuums.IE-the ECU University out my way-they have a huge fleet of dump bag Sanitaires-would think a bag vacuum would be handy for their maintenance shop.I tried clamping a Royal metal upright upside down and tried that as a bag cleaner-didn't work so good.The cloth would get caught in the brush.So the Hoover bag cleaners were designed differently than usual vacuums?Think the machine would be of great use to any vacuum collector.

I remember reading that bag cleaner page years ago, just read it again and loved it just as much!

It's that site I thought of when you mentioned it, but couldnt place it!
