I don't know what variations came on this Western Auto model, so mixing and matching are not a bad idea. I would use the plastic tubes if I find them, and any cleaning tools. The Swingette and the Commercial Porta power both have tubes and tools, and I used the Commercial tools on the W/A to clean the living room and kitchen yesterday. It's useable of course, but should have its own tools like all the others. For the record, Western Auto was kind of a low budget Sears-like company, but I think it's a really neat company. They had everything except clothing.
